In recent versions of Xcode (in Lion and Mountain Lion), the location of the SDKs have changed. The current version of make.osx has them at /Developer/SDKs. Sadly, they have moved to:

/Applications/Xcode.app/Contents/Developer/Platforms/MacOSX.platform/Developer/SDKs
