Also reorder other mentioned 3rdparty packages to alphabetical order.

Why'd you move plotnine down? if anything, the ggplot entry should be removed since it appears abandoned any not as complete as plotnine

As mentioned in the message: to keep things in alphabetical order. I don't have any experience as to whether ggplot should be removed from the list, but I'd rather not start a "recommendation" system for 3rd-party packages beyond listing or not listing them.
