`.Axes.annotate` and `.pyplot.annotate` parameter name changed

The parameter ``s`` to `.Axes.annotate` and `.pyplot.annotate` is renamed to
``text``, matching `.Annotation`.

The old parameter name remains supported, but
support for it will be dropped in a future Matplotlib release.
