What happened?

i created Global endpoints i AWS SES but when I set IP

ses+api://AKIAVNZS74BI5XXXXXXXXX:SECRET@default?endpoint-id=fewcowyuptmm0101.n5x&region=global it is not working

How can we reproduce this issue?

Step 1: I created Global endpoints i AWS SES but when I set IP
