Example steps (replace with your own):

  1. Clone the playwright-python repo
  2. Run these commands:
python -m venv env
env\Scripts\activate
python -m pip install --upgrade pip
pip install -r local-requirements.txt
pip install -e .
python -m build --wheel

python -m build --wheel fails with this error:
