Additional problem matcher to detect different pytest tracebacks

Now that Python extension contributes a default problem matcher with the '$python' (https://github.com/microsoft/vscode-python/pull/24114) we can consider something further especially with problem matcher for pytest with different forms of tracebacks it can have.
