I've added a note to the README pointing out the need of Node 18 on your dev machine.
Motivation and Context
I ran in circles for about 30 minutes because my locally developed MCP was working fine with the proposed debugging tool, but it failed in Claude. In my project I was using node 23 (via nvm) but Claude was using the default v12. So I ended up changing the default version.
How Has This Been Tested?
It's not a functional change, only docs.
