If you have something in "/opt/intel/oneapi/compiler/latest/", you can't get mpi4jax to build with an error about /usr/local/openmpi/4.1.2/gcc/bin/mpicc failing to work with the OpenAPI headers. But this is just trying to build for GPUs anyway, so there should be some way to avoid building the Intel part even if that folder exists on the system.
