Please describe the bug below and include any steps to reproduce the bug or screenshots if possible.

For some reason after returning to a previous question I was in the process of completing the language dropdown does not populate and the reset bug does not do anything. I'm unsure how to replicate as the platform was working fine until now. Currently I can't answer any questions due to this bug.
