Since the plugin uses the filter logic of NetBox, your proposal should be addressed upstream. Luckily, there are plans to implement a more powerful filter logic already. This feature is on the roadmap for NetBox 3.4 which is expected to become availably this november. |

Unfortunately this feature didn't make it to the final v3.4 of netbox but it is still on the roadmap. |

Sometimes it would be easier with a negate/not checkbox. Then i would be able to show the devices that don't have the status offline instead of selecting all statuses except offline.
