Ensure R2 bucket is created and accessible from Workers.

Tasks

• Create R2 bucket using wrangler
• Test R2 bindings in development
• Create simple test route to verify R2 access
• Document R2 setup process

Acceptance Criteria

• R2 bucket created successfully
• Can read/write to R2 from local development
• Test route demonstrates R2 functionality
• Setup process documented

Technical Notes

• Bucket name: ghostpaste-bucket
• Test both read and write operations
• Verify binary data handling
• Check CORS if needed
