What's this issue about?

Probably it's me but I didn't find a way to add a "html static" field to a survey.
You can add multiple input fields but if you only like to show some static text, looks like is not possible.
At same time, I was not able to find how to group fields to be show as a single page to implement a kind of "wizard mode".

About the Feature

• New field called "markdown" would be great to let users add static content.
• New field called "new page" would be a temporary solution to let users split the form in pages.
