  • Closes Enable zero-copy to_dataframe #9792
  • Tests added
  • User visible changes (including notable bug fixes) are documented in whats-new.rst
  • New functions/methods are listed in api.rst

I couldn't resist just doing this directly from GitHub to show how simple it is...
