PyScript pre-resolved config URL is not consistent

### What happened?

This landed on *polyscript* side: https://github.com/pyscript/polyscript/issues/77

This issue is to have a branch where I can update polyscript to its latest and pass along the original config URL if any, or the current page as default URL to solve config.
