Translate extending/building.po rst:7 and rst:9

@bananaiselite 這個 branch 好像不小心被加入了 iterator 的 commit (應只在 #546),要請你把它拿掉 🙏🏽

不是把整份 iterator 文件刪掉歐,而是希望不要對他做出更動
