Sphinx should be updated to run under python 3 (currently uses python 2.7). See comments in issue #182.

I’ve tested this on my personal repository and Python 3 works fine on the current Sphinx documentation. Just need to update read the docs to use Python 3.

Fixed on readthedocs.org, for python-control.
