This page https://python-gitlab.readthedocs.io/en/stable/gl_objects/merge_requests.html has a link https://docs.gitlab.com/ce/api/merge_requests.html this link goes to a page that does not exist.

Expected Behavior

Fix the link to align with the correct Gitlab Docs

Actual Behavior

Page does not exist
