What kind of feature are you missing? Where do you notice a shortcoming of PTB?

Is there a plan to update httpx dependency to >0.27? As of now python-telegram-bot is incompatible with OpenAI agents sdk because of it. Also considering httpx is now at 1.7

Update underlying httpx dependency httpx to a version >0.27

I think telegram bots + agents sdk is a potent combination so it would be amazing to use them together.
