Likely depends on #1538 as the build only works on platforms supported by the dotnet CLI (which doesn't include 32bit Linux).

Since the splitting works fine, does anyone have x86 or arm runners lying around or a working qemu/docker setup for these?

Oracle Cloud free tier includes free ARM64 instances https://www.oracle.com/cloud/free/

If you send me your public SSH key using any convenient means, I can give you direct access to VM. Or you can sign up and get your own.
