In tinytex's FAQs it is suggested to install a dummy texlive-local.deb package on Debian-based distros to avoid APT from installing actual texlive-* packages as dependencies of other packages. It's a great suggestion.

But there's nothing available anymore under the linked URL https://travis-bin.yihui.org/texlive-local.deb since a while. I therefore wonder whether this has gone unnoticed by the authors?
