hi, glad to use your wonderful tool to analyse cellchat ! But I am a little confusing about the ligand-receptor. As the result out of the pipeline includes the CNTN5-IL1RAPL1, but i can find any papers report that signal. So I want to ask here is that the ligand-receptor has all been confirmed throught experment with biological meaning?
