I have trained multiple SVM models on different batches of same data. I want to combine these Trained SVM models. Is there a way to combine these already trained model together to predict test data

You're asking a usage question. The issue tracker is mainly for bugs and new features. For usage questions, it is recommended to try Stack Overflow or the Mailing List.
