Reference to MultiTaskElasticNet should be MultiTaskElasticNetCV #18813

Describe the issue linked to the documentation
In the docs for MultiTaskElasticNet, there is a reference that I think should be to the class MultiTaskElasticNetCV
as opposed to referencing MultiTaskElasticNet (the same class).
Suggest a potential alternative/fix
Just change to MultiTaskElasticNetCV to match the description. I am happy to open a PR for this!
