Agglomerative clustering with and without structure

In the 2nd paragraph it is said, that "clustering with a connectivity matrix is much faster". From my understanding of the plot it's the other way around - which means that clustering with a connectivity matrix is slower. The notebook lead to the same results as the plot (obviously). Did I get something wrong?
