How can you tell if someone has already contacted or is in the process of contacting a particular company to ask for permission to use their logo? This way, multiple people are not contacting the same company at the same time.

What about the brands where there is no description next to them?

As far as I'm aware, @BDVGitHub, nobody has reached out yet. More than happy to track that in this issue, if individuals do reach out to brands.

Perhaps mailing list software could be used? So that one and the same mail address is used to send a standard mail, this to the mail addresses of the brands whose approval is needed. By using only one mail address to send everything, all replies will also come in centrally. People who want can then look up the mail addresses and post them in this topic, for example. By adding an extra column to the table in the first post, we can keep track of which brands' mail addresses have already been found.

@BDVGitHub - We unfortunately do not have the capacity to manage something like that, and if it were at that scale it'd have to come centrally from the maintainer team. Instead, I am highlighting the issues here, and asking other contributors to request permission, using the template available here and keeping this issue updated with who they've asked, and what responses they've received.
