Hello, after upgrade the version of framework to 2.8.11, in my forms when edit any field of type datetime always calculate less hour than I filled.
I reverted to 2.8.9 and my forms are working well.
My datetime_zone is "Europe/Madrid" in php.ini. Is it a bug?. Thanks.

Fixed by #19879, this will be part of the next releases of symfony at the beginning of the next month.
