This PR fixes an incompatibility of our
ConstraintValidatorTestCasewith PHPUnit 11. In PHPUnit 11, the constructors ofLogicalOrand friends are protected. The static constructorfromConstraints()is the proper replacement and has existed since PHPUnit 6.
