In the chapter about the Console Dialog helper the heading "Hiding the User's response" is used twice. This leads to an ugly permanent link for the second one:

Possible solutions:

1. If there's a convention to not use a heading twice per chapter: Rename one heading
2. If there's a way to specify an anchor name manually: Add a unique anchor name for one heading manually like hiding-the-user-s-response-2 (could not find a way for this solution)
