When var folder allready exist, he send this error : Unable to write in the "cache" directory

I remove var folder, and when i restart the server, he re create var folder and all is good.

PHP 8.4.3
Symfony 7.2.5
Symfony CLI 5.11.0 (from scoop)

This looks like a Symfony exception on the PHP side.
Could you provide more information (logs or screenshot) or a reproducer so that we can determine where this comes from?
