What problem are you facing?

Would like to manage footers (perhaps headers too? although less likely) in a central location. This would be useful for repos that share some doc requirements that must be in the README

How could terraform-docs help solve your problem?

allow downloads of external files for footer-from content. something like:

footer-from: https://raw.githubusercontent.com/aws-ia/terraform-aws-route53-recovery-controller/main/.header.md
