Steps to Reproduce

1. Open the URL http://127.0.0.1:5000/
2. Click 'Create Configuration' Tab
3. Go to 'MORBIDITY CONFIGURATION'
4. Add all the available options to 'Add Diagnosis'
5. Add values to all of them
6. Click EXPORT
7. Click 'Load Configuration' Tab
8. Drag and drop a config file
   Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, his ad utroque docendi pericula. Mei novum voluptatum.zip
9. Click PREVIEW
10. Click EDIT
11. Check the configuration values

Actual Result(s)

• Some of the values entered in 'MORBIDITY CONFIGURATION' are not exported

Expected Result(s)

• Must export all the values entered in the form so that use can import it again
