Docs: update ast explorer links to point to playground #4353

Suggested Changes
all links that point to astexplorer should be adjusted to point to out playground
playground was build to add easier way to reproduce errors, ease debugging and ensure that we are always working on current version of this project.
currently playground can be used to inspect estree, scopes and typescript ast, and test rules
instead of replacsing links we could add our playground as alternative way to preview ast
astexplorer uses outdated version of parser 4.1.0
