PublishDiagnostics for closed document #950

Today PublishDiagnostics is done only for opened document.

It would be have a settings to publish also closed document:

  • when language server starts
  • when an opened file is updated and impact some closed document.

Publishing closed document will give the capability to show errors in the Problem view of any Editor/IDE which support that like vscode or IntelliJ.

The TypeScript support (based on tsserver only) from vscode does that.
