This PR suspends the progress bar when printing the copied files with the --verbose flag.

Excellent, thanks! Could you add a small comment in the code explaining why the suspension is necessary?

Nothing to do at the moment, but #4184 may interact with this.

GNU testsuite comparison:

GNU test failed: tests/tail-2/inotify-dir-recreate. tests/tail-2/inotify-dir-recreate is passing on 'main'. Maybe you have to rebase?
