Steps to reproduce

• Open the Vue developer tools
• Navigate to the "Performance" tab

What is expected?

The "Record" button, to the left of the "Saved benchmarks" dropdown, should have a label so the purpose of the button is clear.

What is actually happening?

The record button has no label, just an icon.

A user on reddit had an issue finding this button (see thread: https://www.reddit.com/r/vuejs/comments/b5h21m/vuedevtools_v500_released/ejecizl/). It appears every other "Record" button in the Dev Tools has a label next to it as well as the icon.
