In order to fully use #4702 we should publish the docs utils and add als relevant stuff to it. This way the playground can work with demos that import from utils.

1. rename @vueuse/internal-docs-utils to prevent confusion
2. add all needed docs components to utils, to better share them and import if needed
3. publish
