Moviepy is now packaged.

I understand that important co-programs such as ImageMagick have to be installed first on Windows then the Moviepy config file edited to tell Moviepy where ImageMagick is installed. As far as I can tell Moviepy looks around the computer for where FFmpeg is installed. ffmpeg.exe is in \tools

Now that Moviepy is installed is there any way you can change its configuration to know where ImageMagick is installed? Otherwise, I assume you have to uninstall Moviepy then reinstall it "by hand".

hum, I thought moviepy could find ffmpeg.exe via the path, or imageio variable IMAGEIO_FFMPEG_EXE.

ImageMagick /FreeImage was more a problem when I wanted to share it for imageio and moviepy, imageio/imageio#276 , so I didn't include it.
