Best Example:

remove via WPPM 'ipython_sql-0.3.5.dist-info',
'ipython_sql' entry is removed from WPPM, but not 'ipython_sql-0.3.5.dist-info' directory nor 'sql'.

Suggestion:

implement 'pip uninstall' first, before historic method
remove historic method.
