In Winpython64-3760 there was in the settings folder the .jupyter subfolder with the "jupyter_notebook_config.py"
which allowed to change the Jupyter working directory.

This folder is gone in Winpython64-3830. Copying from the old version is having no effect.

Am I missing something?

With the changes from #839 in the env.bat and copying .jupyter subfolder it is working.
