Upgrade from
postgres-operator:v1.10.1topostgres-operator:v1.12.2andspilo-15:3.0-p1tospilo-16:3.2-p3, where the operator not able to detect the existing postgres clusters. We have this setup in okd cluster 4.15.Attached the operator logs, any help on this please?
