Manuela Kjeilen on Instagram: "☀️ Get a taste of summer in the middle of winter! ☀️ This Strawberry Mascarpone frosting is everything you want—smooth, creamy, and packed with intense, fresh strawberry flavor. The secret ingredient? Freeze-dried strawberry powder (no seeds, just pure flavor!), brought back to life with a splash of warm water or lemon juice. It’s perfect for frosting Valentine’s cupcakes, filling cakes, or honestly, eating straight off the spoon. And here’s the pro tip: let it chill in the fridge for a couple of hours. That little nap makes the flavor even stronger and more amazing—totally worth the wait! If you’re baking this weekend, this frosting will definitely bring those summer vibes to your kitchen. Give it a try, and let me know how you use it! Have a great weeke

Manuela Kjeilen on Instagram: "This Blueberry Ganache is bursting with wild blueberries and is incredibly creamy, thick, and smooth-similar to the texture of an avocado. It has a dreamy consistency that’s incredibly smooth. Its luscious consistency and vibrant blueberry flavor is truly special. Plus, the little touch of Greek yogurt at the end brings out the perfect balance of sweetness and creaminess. It’s perfect for both covering and filling cakes and cupcakes. Trust me, you’re gonna love every spoonful.
