1 lb ground beef 1 cup bacon, cooked and crumbled 2 cups macaroni, cooked 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese 1/2 cup milk 2 tbsp butter 2 tbsp flour Large tortillas Salt and pepper to taste In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute. Gradually whisk in milk, continuing to cook until thickened.
