Ingredients * 1 apple, peeled and grated * 1 small egg * 3 tablespoons porridge oat Method 1. In a bowl place all the ingredients and mix until well combined. 2. On a non sticky pan, heat a good quantity of coconut oil on low-medium heat. 3. Once warm, spoon in one tablespoon of the batter into the pan and using a spoon to spread out the mixture. 4. Make Chickpea Peanut Butter with us. Bought a couple of cans of Chickpeas few weeks ago but we don’t eat a lot of chickpeas in our household. So, I decided to make cookies out of it instead. It came out soft and pretty good. Taste more like peanut butter than chickpeas. Difficultly Level of making it - 2/5 • Freezable - 2 months • Fridge- 5 to 6 days Room temp - 2 to 3 days Ingredients • - 1 can of Chickpeas (Rinsed and Drained) • - 2 ripe Bananas • - 1/2 cup of Peanut butter • - 1 tbsp of Maple Syrup (optional) • - 1 tsp of Baking powder • - 2 tbsp of Apple sauce or Coconut oil • - 3/4 cup of Rolled Oats - 1 tsp of Vanilla Extract Method • 1. Preheat oven to 350F. • 2. Prepare food processor and put all ingredients in the food processor. • 3. Blend till smooth
