I injured my knee (meniscus) in 2020 by jumping into a frontflip. My knee was not 100% stable in that time due to 2 knee surgeries in 2015 and 2018. A healthy knee might would have survived that jump. Anyways, this move is quite hard on your health, but at the same time the first choice when a beginner wants to learn a flip.
