Jack Martin on Instagram: "If you want to try to take your client to her natural hair color my first advice to you is to ask your client to grow her natural roots about 3-4 inches so you can have a clear view of her root pattern that you can easily see it and match the previously colored hair to her roots pattern. Never alter or touch her natural roots because if you do you will create another line of demarcation and that’s what you need to stay away from.  For this transformation I used @pulpriothair cream bleach with 20 vol developer until I reached level 10 pale blonde. I then used @pravana platinum express toner for about 15 minutes with zero lift developer to cancel all the yellow tone, then I used pravana 8sbv ( Smokey series) to create the low lights based on the roots pattern.
