Here’s another mobility routine for the lower back that is entirely equipment-free. This is to show you that you don’t need any tools, just the willingness to take some time for yourself. In the video, I go quickly just for the sake of creating the video, but make sure to perform the exercises carefully and mindfully. Repeat each exercise 10 times on both the right and left sides, then repeat the entire series 2 or 3 times! Let me know how it works for you.
