Cake: 2 ½ cups flour, 2 ½ tsp baking powder, ½ tsp salt, 1 cup butter, 2 cups sugar, 4 eggs, 1 tbsp vanilla, 1 cup milk Filling & Frosting: 2 cups heavy cream, ¼ cup powdered sugar, 1 tsp vanilla, 1 ½ cups sliced strawberries, ½ cup jam, whole strawberries Instructions: Bake: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Beat butter & sugar, add eggs, vanilla, then alternate dry ingredients with milk. Bake 25-30 min, cool. Whip Cream: Beat heavy cream, powdered sugar & vanilla to stiff peaks. Assemble: Layer cake with jam, whipped cream, and strawberries. Frost & Decorate: Cover with whipped cream or strawberry buttercream, garnish with strawberries.
