This is not a new idea, but it is so good, it's worth to repeat it over and over and over again! Garlic butter • 2 tbsp butter, melted • 2 cloves garlic crushed • 1 tsp fresh basil chopped Mushrooms: • 5 large Portobello mushrooms stem removed, washed and dried thoroughly with a paper towel • 1 cup mozzarella pearls balls • 1 cup grape or cherry tomatoes, halved • 1 tsp olive oil • salt, pepper to taste • balsamic glaze, more fresh basil to garnish Preheat oven to grill/broil settings on high heat.
