Veggie-lover? You’ll definitely want to try these zesty & refreshing tahini-inspired bites! Mix yogurt & tahini in a medium bowl until blended, then add chopped cucumber & lemon zest, mixing lightly. Spoon cucumber mixture onto your favorite variety of TRISCUIT Crackers and top with tomatoes and avocados. Sprinkle with ground red pepper, top with cilantro for a finishing touch. You can also switch it up by substituting hummus for the tahini and/or finely shredded carrots for the cucumbers. Yum!

When visiting your local farmers' market, be sure to pick up some fresh AND pickled veggies to make this delicious combo of grilled zucchini & pickled beets! Cut each zucchini slice crosswise into thirds, brush slices lightly with olive oil and grill 1- 2 min. on each side until tender. Next, cut the pickled beets and onions into slices small enough to fit on each cracker. Spread a tray of TRISCUIT Crackers with spicy black bean hummus, then top with zucchini, beets and onions!

A delectable appetizer to serve at your next gathering! Cut 4-in. long pieces off the top of each asparagus spear, then slice in half crosswise & boil until bright green. Place asparagus in a bowl of ice water to cool. Drain & pat dry. Cut prosciutto into 16 (2x1-in.) rectangles and use to roll up 1 EACH asparagus piece and tip. Layer baking sheet with TRISCUIT Cracked Pepper & Olive Oil crackers, top with Fontina cheese + asparagus bundles & broil 6 in. from heat until cheese is melted. Voila!

Whisk 2 tbsp. white wine vinegar, 1/4 tsp. Dijon mustard, 1/4 tsp. sugar, 1 tsp. grapefruit zest, 2 tbsp. grapefruit & 1/4 cup olive oil thoroughly. Reserve 2 tbsp. for later use! Marinate uncooked shrimp for 20 min. Drain shrimp. Cook on med-high heat until pink. In a bowl, toss shrimp in reserved marinade. In a separate bowl, mash avocado with 1 tsp. grapefruit juice. Separately toss 4 oz. pickled beets (cut into 48 slices) with 2 tbsp. balsamic vinegar and a dash of salt & pepper. Cut 4 pitted dates in half lengthwise, then cut each half crosswise into 6 strips.
