You probably don't need a jacket, and if you're interviewing on a cool day, a cardigan or sweater would be fine. This interviewee might want to change her shoes, though, especially if she thinks she might get a tour of the job site.

While she clearly needs to change her shorts and tank top for something more professional, what else should she leave at home? (Her sneakers! Also her phone. Having a phone with you for safety reasons is a good idea, but turn it off during the interview or leave it locked in the car.)
